At the mall yesterday, I walked by the Cookie Diet kiosk (don’t get me started on the stupidity of a cookie diet) and noticed the completely useless kiosk clerk pulling fries out of a huge bag of food from McDonald’s.

[1] First of all, if unemployment is so high, wouldn’t there be a high probability of hiring someone for your booth that looks like they might have actually followed a cookie diet… or any diet for that matter?  Then, would you not forbid that employee from eating a bag of fast food while they are at the kiosk?

Am I the only one that sees how absurd all of this is?
